Fruit Scoop Cake

combine and mix dry            
2 C Sugar           
2 C Flour           
1 tsp salt           
1 tsp cinnamon           
1 tsp baking powder           
1 tsp baking soda           
add to above            
2 eggs           
2 tsp vanilla           
1/2 C soft margarine           
mix in fruit           
5 C cut-up fruit - use any fruit           
           
bake in greased 9X13 pan           
325 degrees for 30 minutes
