Onion Soup
2 T oil
2 med onions sliced
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tsp flour
2 1/2 C water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 T Vermouth
1/8 tsp pepper
combine oil and onions - cook 15 mins
add sugar and cook uncovered 10 mins stirring until onions are brown
mix in flour
add water, bouillon cubes, vermouth and pepper - simmer 30 minutes
