Individual Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
           
1 T butter           
1 T brown sugar           
1 slice pineapple           
2 T pineapple juice           
1 pk plain cake mix           
eggs for mix           
           
1 clean coffee can           
1 clean tuna can           
           
mix cake per instructions           
           
place butter and brown sugar in bottom of tuna can           
add pineapple slice and juice           
fill can 2/3 full cake batter           
           
place over coals and cover with coffee can           
           
bake 20 min
