Cream Of Leek And Potato Soup

4 C potatoes           
3 C sliced leeks           
3 Qts Chicken Stock           
1 tsp salt           
white pepper to taste           
1 C Cream           
cook to potatoes and leeks in stock until tender           
cool and blend in blender           
add seasonings           
heat and add cream
