Sweet & Sour Lettuce

lettuce

bacon 2-3 strips

chop and fry bacon crisp

stir into warm bacon and grease

1/3 C vinegar

1/3 C sugar

1/3 C water

cool mixture and skim off hardened grease

mix with lettuce

serves 4
